With nearly 15 years of experience in development, Lauren possesses a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in building mutually beneficial relationships between Mount Sinai and corporate entities and foundations. Lauren is driven by a passion for improving healthcare outcomes. Prior to Mount Sinai, Lauren was Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation where she managed a portfolio comprising private foundations, corporations, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. Throughout her tenure, she was tasked with growing Damon Runyon's Accelerating Cancer Cures initiative, a partnership established to generate collaboration and communication between academia and industry. Lauren holds a M.S. in Nonprofit Management from the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment and a B.A. from Fordham University.
