With nearly 15 years of experience in development, Lauren possesses a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in building mutually beneficial relationships between Mount Sinai and corporate entities and foundations. Lauren is driven by a passion for improving healthcare outcomes. Under her leadership, Mount Sinai continues to forge transformative partnerships that have a lasting impact on healthcare, ultimately benefiting patients and communities far and wide.

Prior to Mount Sinai, Lauren was Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation where she managed a portfolio comprising private foundations, corporations, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. Throughout her tenure, she was tasked with growing Damon Runyon's Accelerating Cancer Cures initiative, a partnership established to generate collaboration and communication between academia and industry. Lauren holds a M.S. in Nonprofit Management from the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment and a B.A. from Fordham University.
