As Director of Strategic Health Programs at AbbVie, he drives large-scale health equity initiatives through a strategic, data-driven approach, overseeing the development and execution of programs that improve healthcare access and outcomes in underserved communities worldwide.

Prior to joining AbbVie, Jonathas was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Points of Light for over a decade, where he led the organization’s international expansion to 39 countries and spearheaded initiatives to drive social impact through cross-sector partnerships. He also brings comprehensive experience supporting social entrepreneurs and providing strategic consulting with Ashoka and McKinsey & Company.
